Keeping It Straight

When the"Younger" person is being trained to "Straighten" merchandise correctly, one of the things I have noticed are their feelings of oppression. My advice on that, is get over it right away, sistah! That is what we Do All Day Long! We Throw A Party, and We Clean, All Day.... Every Day.
I think that goes without saying as far as a High End, Trendy Store is concerned.
This observation does not come from a snooty stance however, it comes from years of every time I would get a rack f-ing perfect, I would get to the last hanger, and turn and see that woman just burrow into my perfect rack! So after a time when things would get slow, I would use it to my advantage, I would go make the racks in the front perfect, and sure enough people would walk in and touch them. It's like a very still pool of water, you just can't help but put your vibration on it, you have to touch it in some way.
And if you have good product to sell, I almost see it like spinning a web, and catching a lot of flies with wonderful things!
And.......Patience, with the Whore who relishes in messing up your beautiful web just for the sake of being Mean, and know when it's because she is about to spend a shitload of Money!
Oppression is only a feeling that You allow Yourself to Feel, or not Feel. There are many ways to be in control of a situation.
Know where things Are, Know Your Product, and keep it Straight, or they won't believe that it is going to have the Price tag that it has!
